Two very happy first time Persimmon house owners. From the Sales office to the Site Management visits after completion and minor snags sorted post Xmas smooth move in, everything has gone well. We can’t fault Persimmon’s people for making our house move with no worries at all. Fully recommend this Kingsbrook site and 2022 Persimmon to anyone. Avoid Taylor Wimpey next door as houses are just miles better in price, design and options.
Pathetic useless company. Promised to build a bridge in Northallerton in exchange for massive profits but years later it's still not open. Every excuse under the sun and deliberate lazyness.
