I just wanted to take the time out to compliment the team at the store and fitters. We had been searching for karndean flooring for a long time for a new house. We had found the product it was then who would we buy from? By chance I was on portrack lane and popped into the shop and instantly felt welcomed and confident this was the place to do the order. The quote was in the same region as other quotes I had received but John explained how his fitters had karndean expertise and showed me some examples of their work. When the fitters came apologies I've forgotten their names they were patient with us explaining the different lay outs we could do giving us options we hadn't thought of. They didn't rush it you could see the time and patience they had to do great job.Anyway I've even shared pictures of my floor as we were that impressed. Thanks for a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Had them do my offices, fast and efficient and expert advice on what I needed by the owner. I am now getting them to do my house landing and stairs. Really helpful.

Absalute rubbish service, they were supposed to fit my karndean twice and let me down both times, the first time calling at 16.45 the day before it was due to be fitted and the second even better 15.00 on the day it was due to be laid..Utter rubbish, maybe the worst company for service i have ever delt with!!..Oh and it was their branch on Portrack lane which I had dealings with!!
