This place used to be amazing! When it first opened we would recommend this place to anyone. I have no idea what has changed but I’ve placed my final order here now… the food quality is just so low and it’s become hit and miss we get the right order. Our pizzas are now half crust and most of the time we don’t get the extra toppings. Sad because this place was absolutely outstanding at one point. Can’t recommend this place anymore.

First time using excellent food and service

The last two times we've ordered. The order has been messed up or just bad quality. Due to them messing up last time we went again with our discount this evening. And instead of curly fries I got cremated fries.

Perfect food good quality

Usually we love this place and would give 5 stars however tonight's service has completely ruined it and we will not be returning! We waited over an hour for delivery which is fine it's Saturday night after all but we were missing the garlic bread with cheese which is part of pizza deal 2. When we called we were told it was our fault for not putting it in the comment box but this isn't a freebie it's part of the meal deal. To them be told were too busy to send another out. No refund no appologies no food replacement nothing to rectify that we have been ripped off!!!

Been using rominos for a few years and never had a major complaint. There’s been odd mix ups but they have always been fixed without issue. Until today. Ordered 2 pizzas. Took an hour and a half to arrive. One with bbq sauce one without. They mixed them up. So I called to get it sorted. They were so rude. Basically told me it was my fault for not explaining what I wanted in the comments. Why would I when you add details to each pizza in the order. Didn’t enjoy the good. They only replaced one of the pizzas and the delivery driver threw it at my partner without a word. No apology. Nothing. Not the service I’ve come to know. Not the service I expect. Not sure what’s happened but the quality and customer service has gone down hill badly. Right now I don’t want to return.

Ordered food at 11pm via Uber eats. Called at 12:09 to check order and was told 10 minutes. Then didn’t get anything at all. No answer from restaurant after that. It’s now 00:42 everything else is closed and I haven’t eaten

Poor service .ordered on line 24th dec 1900 ordered and paid by card - order said 19.45 delivery. Rang at 20.10 met by a guy saying my order on the way. 20.20 rang back then rude guy saying they hadnr received my order yet they had took my payment. First guy saying on way Totally unexceptable. Cut me off a number of times wouldn't talk to me saying nothing he could do. I've used these a few times yet this be last time ever don't pay online as they will try and have you over Bank now claiming this back

Fantastic pizzas, don't bother with overpriced Dominoes or Papa John's anymore since finding this place, much better Pizzas a lot cheaper. Chips are good too. Of all the food we have tried from here only the chicken kebab was a bit of a disappointment, still gets 5* though. Friendly staff and drivers too.

Tried this takeaway this evening for the first time after coming home to a takeaway menu. Somewhat disappointed with the quality of the food. Cheesy garlic bread lacking in cheese and chicken on the kebabs dry and overlooked basically sliced too thinly prior to cooking, if it was an attempt to increase quantity by slicing thinly it doesn't work. Wont be buying from there again. Waste of £17.00.
