Food is generally very good but service can be a little slow , not so much fast food as ready eventually food. Prices aren't too bad and staff are usually pleasant enough. There is plenty of parking with some wheelchair accessible spaces.Food: 5/5

Always get a good meal here, my personal favourite is a sausage supper, you cannae beat it.Food: 5/5

Order over 1.5 hours late, requested a discount through just eat of £3 for the lateness which was requested and stated the order would not be cancelled. 45 minutes later still no food. Called and was told that they cancelled the order because I asked for a refund. I said No refund was requested and she laughed and said "aye you wanted a discount so it got cancelled" if you're going to cancel people's order for asking for a discount for your own lateness at least tell them, awful service. Their just eat reviews reflect this on the regular.

Over the last 2 years have used this about 5 to 6 times while over in Killie and you are left standing waiting in the shop for food to be served. 4 staff on and busy but they prioritise just eat/phone orders. So tonight was 15mins wait with 4 folk in front of me.... if you have time to waste..visit here, otherwise go next door to tesco or the Chinese.

When the queue is out the door maybe stop taking just eat orders so you can serve the customers that's waiting.Food: 4/5

Ordered at 6pm still waiting now 8.40pm beyond a joke .

Ordered and waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for delivery. When I called to enquire of delivery time I was asked my address which I gave and the girl asked for it with “ when is 32 somethings ready” not out yet !!, how long I asked ....”in a wee while”........what, eh.....I asked for a time not your estimate. They’re can’t be that many people after fish and chips, shocking for being the most expensive place in Kilmarnock. Surely as you can’t get in they would employ more drivers to keep their customers happy.........Rant over.

I made an order tonight 14th Feb 22 I waited quite a while for my delivery this was the first time we had an order delivered to us me and my husband were looking forward to our food we thought we would have a we take away sit down and enjoy instead of cooking when I unrapped the paper the food was in we were very disappointed the chips were reheats the batterd sausages were terrible and very small will not be making any more orders in this chipshop.

Bought fish and chips today as I often do. Won't be going there again. Don't know what's happened to the quality but chips tasted like they had been lying for ages and fish was tasteless and mainly batter. Plus the prices have increased. Definitely not as good as it used to be
