I live in an flat on the top floor The delivery driver was nervous and didn't deliver the food from Upstairs! but he naively said that we should come downstairs for food! then what do we pay delivery charge and service extra fee for? I am disappointed!
Ordered two chicken kebabs both raw. we rang up to ask for a refund and when they refused we was offered another chicken kebab- we declined. Absolutely disgusted waiting to speak with the manager and get a refund.
Waited two hours for a kebab and two cheese and chips, for it to then arrive cold. The salad on the kebab was pitiful. I understand that it might of been busy, but some form of communication would of been nice, since no one answered any of the phone calls.
Update I’m the other one who got the chicken kebab and it came pick ate some of it without realising tastes funny put flash torch on and it’s bright pink it’s been 2 hours since and I’ve just thrown up with awful stomach ache !
Food is Good but when I ordered food 30 min later got a call from the driver saying that he is waiting outside my house in his car. I thought when I order food it would come to my door not me going to the drivers car.
I ordered a margarita pizza after a night out, paying £7.50 expecting something delicious, moist an cheesy. However, I what I was presented with was far from desirable... It was burnt, dry and I received rude service photo attached. I pointed out that the pizza was burnt, but understand that errors happen, and only asked for a drink to get me through it. I was told that it wasn't that burnt, it's not their fault but actually the automated machine, and the bottom of the pizza was actually fine and not burnt aha what?. I tried a slice, thinking that maybe it wasn't as bad as it looked, but it was awful. They wouldn't give me a drink, or another pizza, and sent me on my way. I have previously never given a negative review, however failing to own up to their mistake annoyed me. I would not recommend Romeo's pizza.
Love this venue, but 50p difference between San Miguel and Birra Moretti.Food: 4/5
Fantastic , first time ordering and could not fault the food , red hot and sooo tasty.
Just stopped to get a chicken wrap and was absolutely disgusted. The person that took my order, counted the cash and then wrapped the wrap with bare hand, no gloves !!!!!! Did not even clean his hands before preparing food. Absolutely disgusting
