DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Terrible place ordered food from here and it never showed up no way of contacting the restaurant as the phone line said they were full of messages didn’t get my money back for £20 worth of food.
refused to refund my brother despite having to throw out most of the food after finding a hair in it during the covid pandemic, very stingy and classless. didn't know refunding 6 pounds would be so damaging to the restaurant.
Order from them regularly and never had a bad experience. Great Kebabs and decent Pizza and chicken.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Ordered food after a night out, thought it was only going to take 25 minutes because that’s what it said on Just Eat. Food arrives 45 MINUTES LATE and I was also met with a very rude man who practically chucked my food bag at me. Went back inside and went to eat and the food was stone cold. I ate it anyways as I hadn’t had anything that previous day but woke up the next morning feeling super dodgy. Turns out, THEY DON’T EVEN COOK THEIR FOOD PROPERLY! So now I’m dealing with food poisoning and it’s very painful. Very unprofessional business, waste of your money and you should close your shop down immediately :
I've had to right a reply whilst I eat the food its that bad, don't order from here had to wait nearly an hour for cold food I got a chicken burgur I asked for all salad and mayo and they put mince sause in it! I'm not having a Sunday roast will never get from here again
Never again will we go to chicago king again had pizza very greasy underneath and box was full of grease to they have really gone down hill its on Wavertree won't be going there again
I ordered on ubereats. I got a 10" Hawaiian Pizza, a banana milkshake & 500ml ben&jerry's chocolate icecream. The pizza was actually inedible, there was no ham to be found on my pizza, the sauce tasted meaty & old, the cheese seasoning was foul & the bread was too tough and possibly stale? The milkshake was a yazoo, which they did not specify, yazoo is a milk drink, not a milkshake. This is technically false advertising. I do not recommend ordering from these people period.
Went in ordered cheesy fries ended up with plain fries . Tried to call to make a complaint and they hung up on me . I live just down the road from them . Not walking back up as I just got warm again and I easily catch pneumonia lucky I haven't had covid . Not the first time they've done that . Noticed that they seem to be serving students better . Not judging students but us long term residents deserve to be treated with respect not just students who party and cause problems for people and keep the kids awake . My sister bought chicken wings a while ago and could not eat them as they were not cooked properly .
Order is still not here, 45 minutes after estimated delivery.
Do not order from this place. I waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for 2 small pizzas. The pizza was below average and not even cooked properly. Chicago King, Ha! They're not even a Chicago Peasant! Customers beware, stay away!
