1hr 55 minute wait, food was barely warm so you know it’s been sat there forgotten about and didn’t receive the drink I ordered either.
Ordered 2 pizzas, chicken shish kebab and fries in-store. Pizza bases were light and fluffy and generous toppings.chicken was beautifully moist and tasted great. Fries were perfectly cooked. Ordering in-store the food was cooked in front of us so was obviously piping hot. The only minor downside was that it was cash only but there is a cash machine a couple of doors down so not a huge problem. Definitely will go to again.
2nd time ordering from Pizza Pan and still amazing as the first time. Food is always tasty and delivered hot. And really friendly staff. Will be ordering again. Thankyou
Not impressed at all with this place! It's not a good thing I know but we probably order from here once a fortnight and things have gone right downhill lately. I was delivered the wrong burger a while back and they told me a replacement would be an hour so I could have a free garlic bread or something next time. The burger I had was awful and after 4 or 5 deliveries down the line, they've still not given me the freebie I was promised, I've even called the restaurant to mention it after I've ordered. The most recent order which will now be the last was 2 burgers and a garlic bread, usually these burgers come with chips but apparently the owner has decided that since their supplier has increased the prices, they've decided the burgers now just come on their own. £20 for 2 burgers and a garlic bread is too much as it is, I definitely won't be ordering from here again!
In every way the best takeaway pizza shop I've ever found. I live about 5 miles from it but go out of my way to drive there. The pizza has that cheese-laden late night take away style but of the best possible quality. The ingredients are excellent, the type you normally expect from a Dominos or Papa Johns, and the bases are fresh and hand spun. The kebabs are also brilliant and the chips the best I have seen from a takeaway. They come in a paper bag which really takes away that soggy, plasticy edge you often get. The prices are great too. Somewhere between a back street takeaway and the premium pizza shops. 2-for-1 on collection though! Making it a bargain. It's even got a nice smart decor inside and comfy leather couches while you wait and the guy who runs it is very friendly! What more could you want from a takeaway pizza shop!! Update: I've had to take off a star as the prices have really been bumped up recently. I also found a gem of a pizza shop on Monk's Road that delivers

Pizza are one of the best I've had in a long time. They have some of the best deals, if you plan to pick them up, over delivery. Burgers a filling, Chips are great, but they do have some days where they are terrible, but they are very rare days. The place and food is organised.
One of the worst takeaway pizza’s I’ve ever had. When I walked in I was geeeted by a nice guy but served buy a rude young guy. I wanted the buy one get one free but was not that’s not available so I had buy one get one free on a 11” and a free 9” for the same price as the 12” buy one get one free!!! What a rip off!!! And to make the rip off & rude staff worse, the pizza was terrible!!! One was thick crust the other was deep pan, very dry with hardly no sauce, hygiene is questionable as after taking my money they made the pizza without washing hands after or using Gloves. Can safely say this was the worst takeaway experience I’ve had.
Such lovely people in there. So friendly and welcoming. Food is good too! My son really enjoyed his kebab and I really enjoyed a few of his chips I pinched.
