I've had ongoing problems for several months now.nUsed the patch app this morning which I used a few times now.Got message to say Dr will be ringing and what time was convenient for me . Receptionist rung me and asked if I could do a face too face I agreed and thought even tho I asked for telephone call was happy for face too face. I wasn't seeing my regular Dr so saw Dr Umar Afzal, well what a understanding and helpful Dr he is too . He was really easy to talk too, listened to how much every thing is affecting me and I come out thinking theirs a bit of light at the end of the tunnel.n10/10 for my experiences at the surgery wth the Drs and Receptionists
These docs are absolutely shambolicnChange your medication quantity without telling you, dont inform you if there is a shortage of medication,nCan no longer book appointments over phone cant order perscriptions over the phone, is near impossible to get a docs appointment same day.nAbsolutely gone down hill since well before covid.
I ran of Morphine on Friday and no tablets till Monday. I had to suffer in pain all weekend, got no help at all not even emergency medicine just to last me the weekend
I have an untreated kidney infection of 3 weeks, my doctor said she sent my prescription off to be ready to picked up in the afternoon, went to pick it up and she didnt send it off so I spoke to the receptionist and she said she sent it off and it would be ready in another 2 hours, again waited and went to collect, still not been sent off. I was told by the chemist to go to my doctors and needed to have it printed out and signed. proceeded to go to my doctors again and they said i couldnt have it signed by any other doctor other than my head doctor. The head doctor has went to go to pick her kids up i was told and we had to wait till she got back. I waited for over an hour with my partner went up to the receptionist 2-3 times during that time. No one was able to contact her to see if and when she would be back because by this time the pharmacy was almost closing time and if I couldnt get them Friday id have to wait till Monday again with a untreated kidney infection. By the last time we went up they said they will go a speak to a manager, and in the end got him to sign it but to have me waiting and waiting for this prescription that I should of been able to pick up 5 hrs prior if they did their job correctly, to waiting over an hour for my head doctor to come back which she still didn't is absolutely ridiculous.
Crap doctor's they Google your symptoms on computer in front of you then go ask another doctor and take all day to call you back from a phone appointment
