Awful Surgery. I have been registered here for five years. Receptionist staff consider them as doctors. Even if you wait for 1:30 hours , you wont get an appointment. There’s always an issue with each member of the receptionist staff. Please shut this place down or tell people to go somewhere else rather than wasting there time here. I am never the kinda of person who post bad public reviews unless someone actually deserves it. My son has been ill for quite sometime and I have never managed to get an appointment without a fuss . Most of them just dont listen. My apologies to the doctors. But please hire better staff.
I can barely walk but the chemist hadn't got a certain tablet on my script so had to pick the one box from audley, I rang for repeat perscription & its gone to audley, again all ot my medications this time, I called them to say I cant get to audley, but was told id to sort it out and get it changed back to shadsworth, It wasnt me that changed it in the first place.. As well ive waited 6 weeks for results from xray, that the hospital told me showed what the doctor suspected, but Cornerstone practice still hasnt contacted me, Im going to have to make another appointment.. Theyre system is a sham. Im left confused frustrated and angry every time I have to contact them there's always a problem.
Absolutely 5star. Took my daughter this afternoon with conjunctivitis, was seen 5 minutes before the appointment time, the Doctor was lovely with my 4 year old daughter and put her at ease explaining what checks she was doing. The Doctor was very thorough, and my daughter says she was as kind as a princess. Thanks so much
Rubbish take forever to answer the phone. They have flooded the surgery with immigrants and put the brits to the back of the queue. Even have to tap your nationality into the computer Also like to play wretched music to you while waiting forever on the phone. A joke. Get your acts together. Useless people. Gary.
Tried calling all weekend for an appointment gets to Monday I get told it would be over the phone but can’t be done till Thursday offered to send in photos to speed it up but was denied. Would rather go sit up in hospital all day than call them back for anything all I needed was basic antibiotics and they couldn’t even do that. Takes over a week to talk to a doctor no matter what is wrong with you. This practice has really gone down hill.
Absolute shambles. Would definitely give this place a big fat zero !!! If I remember what nurse gave me advice id definitely sparkle her up but shame I just don't remember. Had pain in my wrist and had phlegm and the only advise she gave me was its your hormones. Can never get thru reception either. Needs a close down !!
I've been registered at this place since birth and it used to be fantastic when Dr Murdoch was in charge. Now it's an absolute shambles. Opens at 8am but the telephone queue isn't set up until 9am then when you do finally get through they want you to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. They need new receptionists who can actually do their job and be available when they're supposed to be.
So not only is it a complete nightmare to get an appointment, you cant even see the doctor in person without their permission AFTER a phone appointment. The appointments are given with a range of time rather than being specific. Honestly tried changing my GP to get away from this awful ‘care’ but unfortunately nobody is taking on around here at the moment. However i have to say what a warm welcome i got from all other gp practices i went in to ask about changing. The first opportunity i get i’ll be leaving this practice. I’ll just wait a week for my phone call appointment in the mean time… what a joke.
Absolute waste of time having a phone! "Engaged" most the morning finally gets to ringing half hour on hold only to be cut off. Call again and I'm cut off again. It's a joke. I am now looking for another surgery. Past experiences are laughable.... rang once worried about daughters asthma playing up I was told I couldn't speak to Dr and to ring following day and to give daughter fresh orange to ease her breathing!!! This was the receptionist.
Absolute Absolute rubbish.... it takes more than 45 mins to pick the call by the RECEPTIONIST. After talking, receptionist will decide to give appointment or not.... she's the one who PRESCRIBE PARACETAMOL. Why UK medical service following worst procedure?? Sick people calling them to get medical service... but what getting instead ?
