Went here for a drink and something to eat on the way home after the rugby. On the outside it looked great and the advert for the steakhouse looked good. Walked inside and all that changed. The dry white wine I asked for was served sweet and warm and hubby said his pint was the the coldest either. The furniture if you can call it that was cheap and nasty and what you would expect to find in the garden section of B&M, but worse! The dining area is right next to a play room (pool table) and the radio blaring wasn't great either. At least play some ambient music rather than the local radio station! Another person ordering food at the bar was told the menu prices don't reflect the prices on the till as they hadn't got round to changing them yet. I'm unsure if he was overcharged or under changed but it's disgraceful at best. Needless to say we didn't stay for food. The place really needs to buck it's ideas up, and fast or it really won't work.

Friendly staff BUT we ordered, waited a short while and were told there was no mince to make burgers so we re-ordered. When it arrived the chips and coleslaw were lovely but my veggie burger was so burned it wasn't edible! When they took it away we pointed it out and not even an appology was offered.

Generally poor. Food quality poor and beer was not nice. Toilets had no soap.
