Called Ryan and we made an appointment for 12 o'clock for a full installation of a heating system. Waited waited waited and waited, did not turn up, not even a courtesy call. Dont call

Not good! My wife called him for a boiler repair to which he was going to pop round the next day to have a look/repair, waited all day and a no show or even a phone call to say he couldn't make, never contacted us since, we try and keep tradesmen local but in this case I wouldn't recommend!!
