I just wanted to say again I cannot thank you enough for your help on Thursday. We are a small charity that helps a lot of disabled people with not very much income to do that.  It is business critical but not our strong point. I genuinely do not know what we would have done without RockIT last week when the issue with the IT arose. 
 
Thanks you to all of RockIT but to Jamie, Adam, Paulo,  Dale, Westley and everyone who has helped. You have been so amazing and I am so grateful. Have spoken to Brandon and a tech person is also now coming to site to help us work out how to move everything to Rock It.

Absolutely fantastic company! RockIT approached me to pitch their IT services and this came at an opportune time as our previous provider were not performing in the slightest. I had numerous issues, no internet connectivity for half a working week, no access to my cloud storage or back-ups.. I signed a contract with RockIT and was set-up in no time! The issues I were experiencing ceased to exist within a couple of days after the set-up thanks to RockIT and we now have full working systems, operational 24/7!

Best IT Support company we have used in the past and we've used a couple. I have used their support team from various countries and it's brilliant that they are open all hours of the day to assist me and our other consultants. Staff there will do anything they can to help you.

We signed a contract with RockIT in January 2016 and from then, put up with poor internet and wifi for two years which we were told was the issues of the provider and the building rather than how the connection had been set up by them. 

In less than 24 hours of being signed with our new IT support company, our issues were sorted and we have not experienced any more problems with our internet connection since. 

Rock IT will do their best to avoid your calls and your emails. It will take days for tickets to be looked into and they will come up with any excuse they can to deflect from the fact that they are charlatans who don’t know what they’re doing. 

I strongly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs.
