I’ve been going here now for 3 years. Some experiences have been great and my usual doctor is good and knowledgable, nurses are nice and efficient. ... sometimes it’s obviously they don’t get much time per person (when you receive a letter asking to call them for results and then they ask YOU what you’re ringing for!). The admin staff however can’t seem to do their job! I’ve had numerous letters asking me to update my phone number because they have been trying to reach me... I’ve been in and stood there and updated it face to face... I’ve rang several times and update my number... and yet again another letter! The last letter, when I rang to update my details, I asked why they had been trying to get in touch.. nobody could give me an answer!! Was promised a call back.. didn’t happen. Seriously need to get their patient record system sorted, if it can’t keep a telephone number what other records is it losing!! Having said that... I’ve also had to drop copies of hospital letters in (that we’re sent to my GP with me copied in) because they weren’t on file!

I live in England for 9 years, but it was only in this clinic that I met a good and kind doctor like Dr. Ade Rotowa.It is a pity that for some time in the clinic there is very limited access to the doctor A.Rotowa because I did not meet a second one in this clinic.

Tried to get an appointment with Rock HealthCare Ltd (Radcliffe) I phoned at 8.20 I was on hold for 20 mins waiting to speak to someone, to find they have no appointments left for the day. (Friday 16th March 2018) I was told I could go to the walk in centre in Bury or Prestwich. I want to see my doctor with an appointment time not sit and wait for goodness knows how long in a walk in centre to see a doctor who I don't know and more to the point does not know me or my medical issues. Rock Healthcare rated outstanding by CQC that was back in 2015.... I am sorry but if you are looking for a doctor's surgery look elsewhere because Rock Healthcare actually need to put the work CARE into ACTION, the reception/admin staff are the least helpful staff I have ever come across, they don't CARE! I was given an appointment for 22nd March 2018 (6 Days before I get to see my doctor, lets hope nothing to serious eh?)

64 attempts to get through from 8 - 8.25 and then left on hold for 10 mins +. Still waiting as I write this. Absolutely disgusting!

In two years i only managed once to get an appointment to a gp. Been numerous times to a&e as we could not get an appt for my son. Disgusted and I would never recommend it! Changed my gp and got an appointment straight away the same day with a doctor not a nurse. Extremely disappointed by The Rock Healthcare!!!
