I have purchased two properties through Rochills and found them to be extremely professional.  Both Craig  and Callum ensured that the conveyancing process was as stress free as possible.  I now have four investment properties and they are being let through the lettings department of Rochills. The ladies there, Jemima, Sharon & Sacha, have worked tirelessly to ensure that the best tenants have been found for my properties. Sarah continues to ensure that rents are collected on a monthly basis and I would thoroughly recommend Rochills for buying, selling or renting your property.

I would highly recommend Rochills’ five-star service. I had the pleasure of purchasing my first home with Craig 12 years ago. If it wasn’t for his persistence and drive to introduce me to the right home, my buying journey would have been very different. Which is why when it came to selling the same property, I didn’t waste time contacting any other agent. Having the initial valuation with Dan, I felt at ease with the information I was given and not pressured to put my home on the market until I was ready. The entire process from here felt seamless, from organising the professional photos to drumming up interest in my home, all the way to completion. There was always someone at hand ready to help with any situation - I never felt alone in this process.

Great experience with Rochills! Jemima has been brilliant from the start as has Sharon - she’s been very proactive in communicating, and also took my personal needs into consideration so that she was able to deliver the best service in terms of pulling levers to help my move in situation during the Christmas period, which was a gesture I really appreciated! I recently purchased a property with Rochills. The communication was great and I appreciated the extra help in making sure our deadline was met in the end. Craig was a our main point of contact in addition to many other employees at rochills that we had a group whatsapp with. The support from all was great, highly recommended.

We recently bought a property through Rochills, dealing with Callum. It wasn't an entirely straightforward purchase and it dragged on far longer than intended but Rochills were great. I thought their communication in particular was outstanding - using a Whatsapp group meant we could quickly and efficiently share information. Callum is easily one of the best estate agents I have ever dealt with - knowledgeable, calm and professional. Highly recommend.

Need to say a massive thanks to all at Rochills. Right from the first viewing to the end. As a first time buyer I was very nervous about the whole experience but they helped and explained everything! The only reason I give the 2stars is that Jemina was very good when she showed us the property that we ve rent. Unfortunately this estate cares only about money and landlords. They don't care at all when you are a tenant. They don't look after tenants at all. Every time we needed their help for repairs inside the house we should chase them for months...VERY dissatisfied and disappointing as they should care more for the people who paying the rents..... Especially for tenants that they give very good care to the house that they rent....
