Leaders Lettings Dept when you are a new tenant appear on the surface to be good in terms of arranging viewings, starting a tenancy and moving in. However, this is a ploy to extract whatever they can from you in fees and charges. Once you are a tenant their customer service disappears, they are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. When your tenancy ends Leaders will try every possible underhanded method of extracting yet more in their overpriced and unnecessary fees and delaying the return of a substantial deposit. All of this is coupled with their atrocious service. Avoid at all costs - there is an abundance of better estate agents in Walton on Thames and the surrounding area.

Leaders Walton upon Thames are a top notch realtor organisation.  I found them to be both professional and helpful with all my needs.  Their agents are competent representatives who are knowledgeable of the area and the current real estate market, they seem to want to go that extra mile for you.  I would highly recommend contacting Leaders, my agent was Charlie and he was very easy to deal with.

I have been a tenant in a property let by Leaders and they have been awful. Their customer service is shocking. The ladies that work in the lettings management team office are particularly rude. They are more concerned with sales than management and have been extremely slow in actioning the return of a quite substantial deposit. Each time their trust and integrity has been crucial I have been bitterly let down. Please consider another local agent. There are so many others in Walton that provide a better service.
