We have recently rented a flat via Rice and Roman. Josh and Tom have been extremely professional, polite and helpful throughout this process (arranging two viewings for the same flat, answering promptly and fully any questions we had, making all the necessary arrangements for completing the tenancy agreement). They have made the stressful process of moving into a new property much more manageable and helped us settle in into our new flat (since they also manage our property). I would highly recommend them!

I took my grandmother to see Rice and Roman today. We were greeted by Josh who was super helpful giving us very insightful unbiased advise and help on moving to a retirement home. They really know their stuff and have a lot to offer, would highly recommend!
