This is a small park within the Saltaire village. The location of this park is ideal, next to the River Aire. There is a cafe in this park in the pavilion overlooking the field. Not too far away, you can go for a stroll along the canal and explore the Salts Mill and 1873 art gallery.
Great place for adults and kids, especially through the summer holidays! The grounds are well kept, and the play area is great fun. There's everything you can think of, including a zip wire! There's a cafe for coffee and ice creams etc, what more could you want. Tip for parents.... the ice cream van only takes cash, so if you want to pay by card, then walk to the little cafe on the grounds as they do really nice ice cream there anyway!
Visiting during the boat race festival , relaxing lots of activities for children and amazing selection of food.
Lovely park. Right next to the river & canal so Lovely walks outside of the park as well. Also next to Salts Mill & Saltaire. Children's play area & skate park. Park is very clean and tidy and well kept. Definitely worth a visit.nnStatue of Titus Salt who founded Saltaire.
