Very nice scenic country park with amazing views of Bradford only 15 minutes bus ride from the centre. it can get a bit muddy though and when it has rained some paths can flood

I visited Horton Bank Country Park for the first time today.  What an absolute disgrace.  I nearly stayed in the car.  
Rubbish dumped absolutely everywhere, bin bags, food wrappers, white fluffy paper, overflowing bin, graffiti all over the signs and stone seats.  
It felt very unsafe and although the water itself looked well tended, I was relieved to get back to my car.  
Ogden Water, it certainly isn’t!!

OK, but rubbish all over the car park and vandalism on some of the rocks. Good for a quick hour walk..
