I am very surprised to read some of the negative reviews as my experience was positive from the start! The staff were very professional, helpful and sensitive to my situation as I was renting for the first time. Communication was very good and I was kept informed and advised from the start.

Delays in responding to calls and emails. Work on serious damp problems slow in happening. No fire alarms or carbon monoxide detectors until I chased and chased about it. Now being evicted after one year.

Unfriendly staff and never seen such a bad people in this field ..always try to take some money from deposits and make people fool
