At Move Residential we pride ourselves on the fact that we work harder and longer for our clients than any other agent.

As the first agent to introduce longer opening hours and open until 7pm on weekday evenings, we have shown a clear demonstration of the level of our commitment to our customers. We are determined to make it easier and quicker for you to buy, sell, let or manage your property.

We are proud to be the only agency still run by the company owners on a day-to-day basis. With combined experience totaling over 45 years, their knowledge and passion for the business ensure that all clients receive the very highest level of service from our dedicated staff.

Having recently expanded by opening a new flagship branch in Heswall, we are bringing our unique approach to the Wirral market, injecting fresh modern methods whilst still remaining true to our traditional values.

This determination to deliver the very highest standards has enabled us to become the agent of choice in Liverpool and, we’re sure, will enable us to do the same across the water.

In addition to the new Heswall branch, Move Residential operate three branches in Liverpool, namely our state of the art Sales office on Allerton Road, which is now complemented by a separate, dedicated Lettings and Property Management office opposite, and a double fronted Sales and Lettings office in Old Swan.

From these we cover all manner of Liverpool property – apartments to mansions, bungalows to townhouses, terraces to detached, semis to maisonettes - in all areas of Liverpool from the City Centre to the Suburbs.

Our Heswall branch will also be able to manage every type of property transaction in every section of the property market.
