I have lived Eton Court for last 9 years. I am now in process of selling my flat. During my time here i have found Andrew Louis staff, particularly Gemma and Lisa , to be very supportive, efficient and professional. Everything I have requested, re repairs, information, general advice about being a leaseholder has been dealt with promptly. Very recently, as part of selling process, I have needed information, documents, management pack etc. I have had excellent help and very quick service. I would particularly like to thank Connor and Dave and of course Gemma who no matter how busy she is at that moment, always finds time to help. Irenev Travis
Always attentive and quick with regards to repairs or issues with the property. Property Manager Laura goes above and beyond to help, even contacting and sorting emergency repairs out of hours. Great contact and help. Work with you in regards to any rent issues and are very understanding in extenuating circumstances. Of late I have had a couple of issues at the property, every one has either been sorted immediately or is being dealt with. Regular follow ups by Laura to ensure things are getting done. Genuinely excellent service.
Edit: Even though the below initial review is true and the move in was seamless, the service that was provided later was very low in quality. The person that was in charge of keeping the house where I was renting did not do a very great job and showed very little care for anything. Prior to me moving, the agency had failed to inspect the electric meter as well and that cause lots of issues for me and also was apparently a danger to the life of anyone interacting with the meter namely me. I had lots of issues where I pressingly needed help. I politely reached out multiple times, I called in an emergency and at some point the person responsible for the house, as I mentioned already, simply started ignoring their phone and not picking up. I believe Andrew Louis were working with a landlord that was difficult to begin with. I really do sympathize with that and how hard their job was due to that. But it just cannot excuse everything because at times just utter disorganization and lack of care showed lots on behalf of the agency itself. I went to a viewing and said that sadly I am pressed on time, and even though I’ve had countless other viewings, if I were to chose Andrew Louis services, I’ll need help from them for a quick turn around for me to move in. I’m talking about moving in literally just in a week, where other agencies take up to 3 weeks. I asked the negotiator if that is possible and she said it is. She turned out to be correct, because I moved in super quick and they respected my request! At the viewing and later, my agent/negotiator from Andrew Lous was Vicki Burke. She was amazing. She helped me negotiate a few things with the landlord so I can get the most out of my money. Highly recommended!

I’ve been living in an Andrew Louis managed block for 5 years now and I’ve been really pleased with their service. Communication in particular is excellent, prompt to respond and they follow up on any issues to ensure they’re resolved.
