Just like to say this is the second time I have rented from Robert Watts and can't praise them highly enough. Due to circumstances I had to change jobs and then move when my rent period was over. The staff were brilliant and Kate who I spoke to then put my mind at rest and asked one of the girls in office to make sure it went smooth for us. Couldn't have been easier from sorting references to moving in, so polite, helpful and kind. Top rated and woukd recommend them to anyone looking to rent

Highly Recommended, Fantastic service, Fiendly Staff.  
 My property has been managed by Watts for the last ten years and recently when it became vacant, they again managed to re let to another suitable tenant in less than 24 hours of being given notice by the existing client . All of the staff are always very happy to help and seem to go more than the extra mile to ensure all parties are looked after in a courtesy, timely manner . Having had numerous dealings with them over the years I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Robert Watts, and am very satisfied with their ongoing professional and courteous service they extend to both landlord and tenant alike.

I would just like to say this is the worst letting company I've ever come across in my entire life, staff was extremely rude with bad manners, bad behaviour, no interest of letting the property to us, sending us back an forth for unnecessary paper work, time wasting, felt I was racially discriminated, especially by a lady called Teresa. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My wife and I are on over £100,000 income per year and was refused the property that is only £900 PCM I'm not really sure what kind of tenants they are looking for but i guess they need to be on more than £200,000 a year at this rate

I feel like from the moment my property went on the market I was forgotten about. It's not the most amazing property but 4 viewings in 6 months is very poor especially when other properties the same are being sold around it. I don't feel like anyone in the office is even interested and I've ended up finding my own buyer which is good because they have done nothing to earn their fee.
