*First time buyers, get to Manning Stainton* We thought buying a house would be scary and we were worried things would seem really complicated, yet the team have made the whole process so easy and have been so supportive. We receive expert advice and explanations that actually make sense to us as they take the time to go through the processes, and they really provide a high standard of care to us as customers!

Last year I made the mistake of using an on line Estate Agent thinking it would be cheaper. A big mistake! After a stressfull year, I did sell my house but the sale, through no fault of my own, fell through, this happened twice!! This year I decided to try again using a 'proper' Estate Agent!! I decided to use Manning Stainton. Matthew, Laura & the team at the Guiseley branch have restored my faith in Estate Agents. From the start they were caring, considerate, with a lot of knowledge & advice. They updated me with feedback on the viewings straight away & were there to help & advise me at every stage of the process. My house sold in days & at over the asking price & it was completely painless!! My one regret is that I didn't use you last year!! Thank you to all the wonderful team at Guiseley.
