Things are improving... maitenance has been great for my partners property .

Absolutely abysmal in every way. They don't vet tenants properly. They use the ARLA logo on company emails when their MD was struck off for misconduct in 2014. They gave my home address to a tenant without my consent. Their 'Bobby the builder' maintenance company is a shambles and I have had to pay for work to be redone due to the terrible quality. As a landlord, I wouldn't have touched this company with a 50 foot pole if I'd known how awful their service would be.

I like this agency. i am customer since last 3 years, their service is amazing now, had few problems in the past but i am satisfied with Blackhorse Property. So i recommend them.
