We both sold and purchased through Linley and Simpson in Saltaire and have no hesitation in recommending them! Lisa, Ryan and Jan are the nicest people you could ever deal with and extremely good at what they do! We'd had switched from another local estate agent because things weren't moving with the sale of our property but Lisa gave us the confidence to switch to them and we are so glad we did - they found us the right buyer and helped us find a great home for our family.

I would highly recommend Linley & Simpson, they are friendly, helpful, professional and they speak to you like an actual human being - which is rare with a lot of letting agents nowadays! Thank you Luvena and Sam for all your help.

A great renting experience from a great, friendly bunch of staff! I have been a tenant with Linley & Simpson Saltaire for over three years and they have been helpful from the word go. They took a chance with me as i had no rental experience before so they gave me a six month tenancy to start off with and then because of my good tenancy, they allowed me to renew my tenancy agreement for another three years! It was only a few days ago that I found out that my landlord sold my apartment to someone else who is now looking after the tenancy himself, but i would definitely go back to L&S above anyone else for their professionalism, their range of great properties available, and their flexible approach to their clients! Thank you for everything, please do keep me in mind for any future properties as discussed Lisa! Shy

Very happy to recommend Linley & Simpson. Our recent sale and purchase was managed by them and every aspect of the process was handled by the team in a professional and personable manner. Everyone is "human" and communication is great. Such a relief and made the whole process much easier.
