Of all the cigar and whisky shops I visited over two weeks in Scotland, Robert Graham was the best! Great selection and service! Jack got to know just enough about me to make some outstanding selections that I've thoroughly enjoyed.

Knowledgeable staff and they stocked exactly what I was after. Worth a visit, looks like they have a great selection of both cigars and whisky

Shop assistant was quite unwelcoming / unhelpful, and a poor salesman. I felt that either he had a superiority complex, or he didn't want to work in the shop. I picked out a cigar I wanted, then asked him if there was another one I was looking for. A flat "no". Did they have anything on offer? A flat "no, prices are going up". No friendly patter. No "I don't have that, how about this". When I make the effort to go into a cigar shop, I expect a friendly unhurried service, not someone to look down their nose at me. Not going back.
