I think the website is one of the worst I have come across making it impossible to send an enquiry. I simply want to change my Charity's details but cannot complete the general enquiry form and telephoning is a complete waste of time. I have tried to ring a number of times and when I did get through twice have waited a long time only to be cut off. I suggest the CEO makes the improvement of her organisations availability a priority.
I have just spent 40 minutes of my life trying to contact the Charity Commission by phone. After 20 minutes wait and becoming number 1 in the queue it suddenly said call wait to long and cut me off. This happened twice!!!! If I could award no stars I would.
I had a talk to some of the staff here About North staffs mind as they were not declaring all the money they got And the way they treat the people with mental health problems is really bad Butchering commission would not do any thing even with all the evidence I have got.I North staffs mind is one of the biggest scams out there The CEO should be in jail !!!! Shame on you all at North staffs mind and charity commisson!
I went to visit Charity Commission but it's not at this address. It's in the High St and has no public access. Not very helpful.
