Picked up my Golf just before the new year and had a great experience with Jack Hutchinson. Jack was friendly and informative throughout the whole process. He gave a great overview of the car and even made sure the car was ready in time for a quick collection. The car was spotless when I picked it up and it drives perfectly. Can highly recommend Jack and the Team at Lookers!
Excellent service. We are extremely pleased to be using Lookers, Northallerton to purchase another vehicle. We have received superb service from Sales Executive, Alice Pickering, and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new or quality second-hand car, to take a drive to the Northallerton branch. The service is professional, quick and worry free. You know that you will purchase a quality vehicle when dealing with them.
Just picked up a new car from Matt- could not recommend enough. I am not local to the area, and visited multiple garages locally, however didn’t have much luck. Matt provided excellent customer service, and honestly could not have done any more to help or make the process easier. Completed the sales through phone and he kept me up to date throughout, also ensuring collection was quick and easy. Would 100% recommend to anybody and everybody and can’t thank Matt enough- will definitely be returning!!
We were looked after by Jack Hutchinson and he kept us well informed throughout the whole process from ordering to collection of our new vehicle. He talked through everything and explained all our options in great detail and showed us all the workings on the car when we collected it. Great experience dealing with Lee. He made the whole process seamless. I travelled to the branch from further afield so we arranged everything over the phone prior to collecting the car, which Lee made very straight forward. All in all fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the Golf!

Had a great experience buying a car from Lookers Northallerton. Alice Pickering was professional, personable & friendly but also extremely knowledgeable. It was a much less daunting task being served by a female salesperson & Alice could not have been better from the moment she approached us smiling & cracking a joke in the showroom to leaving my dog some treats in the boot of my new car as I drove away this morning! I purchased my Golf from Lookers Northallerton. I have been very pleased with the aftercare provided by the garage. After speaking to Ellie Adams, the service advisor, I have now taken out a VW service plan on the car. I was surprised and pleased with the value that this offers. The general service provided is to a great standard, from the initial booking in with Ellie, right up to the car being delivered back to me. Many thanks.
