This was our first visit here and the welcome was efficient and warm. The vet immediately showed a knowledge of what was happening to our elderly dog and explained throughout what she was looking for. The treatment was also well explained. The reception staff were efficient and friendly and seemed to be very much part of the team.
Lovely, caring, helpful staff. We've been with them now for the past 2 + years since our wee Daisy was a puppy and would highly recommend them. They text reminders of boosters, worming, flea treatments, etc. It can be so easy to forget these things.
Our Great Dane Darci was very sick recently. She is very old 11.5 years which is really ancient for a Great Dane. If it hadn't been for Coleraine Vet Practice, we probably would have lost there then. But, they took such great care of her, that she now is feeling so much better and we hope she will be with us for quite a while yet. A huge THANK YOU to Hanna and all the team at CVP.
On holiday & needed a vets for our Labrador.....very friendly and helpful....gave us appointment straight away & all staff were lovely & efficient.
The nicest and friendliest staff, vet was amazing with our pet. Can't recommend this place highly enough
Absolutely fantastic service, popped into busy surgery to get a stray cat scanned for any microchip and gave the cat an MOT there and then and dealt with couple of minor issues. Cannot recommend highly enough Always 100% happy with treatment my pet receives
Last visit for my little darling found staff so kind and supportive as I said goodbye to my little friend of 15 years.
We have taken our dog here over the years and always totally satisfied. Today was no exception as our sick dog was so well checked, scanned, and treatment discussed. From Yvonne the receptionist to Hannah the vet, we were treated so graciously and professionally. Even the bill was easier than expected. The fact that appointments were running late , due to emergencies, was not a problem, as we were all regularly updated in reception. I can highly recommend this practice in many ways.
Always found the practice to be very helpful and friendly and very good with my 2 dogs
Visit to vets was good and the clinician was very professional and informative and explained my Pets requirements. Very good experience.
