Absolutely amazing shop. Gaynor goes above and beyond to help where she can, and will always keep you updated and in the know. Donna’s online tutorials are presented so well that I can try things I never thought I could. Only problem with this shop is that it is incredibly easy to spend a lot as the products are such high quality and fab prices!
Wonderful beads, the bead subscription boxes are fab, try something new every month and excellent value for money. Donna and her team are so friendly and helpful it’s a pleasure to buy beads from them. Extensive variety of beads and supplies at great prices. My favourite jewellery supplier.
The staff always go out of their way to be helpful and always really friendly. The products are great prices and the tutorials are priceless I've learnt so much. I'm a *bead box subscription member so get a surprise each month and I've learnt so many new techniques that I wouldn’t usually think about trying. The only downside is everything is so amazing I end up wanting it all and spend too much money. *photo from just one of the projects from a bead box subscription. There's usually around 3 projects per box and a gift too.
As someone new to jewellery making both Donna and Caroline offer tips in store to ensure that projects are completed to high finish and always happy to see completed projects. There is an amazing selection of beads, charms, finishings and cords in store to add to completed projects. They also have a selection of previous bead boxes for sale which show techniques to teach new skills to further my own knowledge and skills. The attached photo is a bracelet I've made from beads and finishings purchased in store along with a book to show the techniques For anyone wanting to start jewellery making this is definitely the place to visit. In store they also offer courses which I can't wait to try

The Riverside Beads team are wonderful. I subscribe to their monthly Riverside Bead Box which is inspiring my new found hobby of jewellery making. The amount of work Donna puts into designing new projects every month along with all the written instructions and helpful photos to guide you along is incredible. I only wished I lived nearer so I could pop into the shop every time I needed something crafty. I, therefore, order my craft stash online and I have to say their customer service is second to none. No query is too small to be answered and Gaynor is so helpful and kind. I am so glad I found this company and can’t wait to meet everyone at the Riverside Retreat in the summer. Keep up the amazing work Riverside Beads, you are awesome

Absolutely brilliant shop, All craft supplies available, from beads, quilling, tools, felting, ribbons, stamp ect....you name it, they will have it....I visit the shop often and they know be by name now lol....Highly recommended....make sure you take plenty of money lol...They also do excellent workshops for all abilities. Have fun looking around this Amazing shop. Xxx
Love Riverside Beads unfortunately I'm too far away to go to the store but I love ordering off their website its easy to use and they are all really friendly their products are all lovely and very affordable
Very speedy and personal service when online shopping. Impossible to take a quick trip to the actual shop as there is so much to see. I've described the shop as a cross between Aladdin's cave and a maze.
