Bought lovely wee car and it ran great . It then had some unforseen problems and i returned to garage to ask for some advice. Car was out of warranty but Alan took car back and replaced ecu at his own expense as well as spark plugs . He could not have been more helpful and I cannot recommend this garage highly enough. Will 100% use again. Absolutely delighted with service and level of care from a small independent garage.

Just purchased my third car from riverbank motor company, first class service from the boys once again. Great car at a fair price would recommend this company. If you want a good car at a fair price give them a try. Had the car for 8 months now and the only money spent on it has been for petrol. Very happy customer.
I found the staff very eager to help and advise on the car I was interested in buying, no hidden agendas or slapdash service always upfront and honest. I will use again for another car and recommend this used car lot to friends and family, delighted with my car well happy with the after service deal but most happy with the price. I went an extra £500 over my budget when I saw the car I bought. I had a sensor issue with the car very soon after buying it but Allen got everything sorted very quickly, fitting a new coil pack and an exhaust sensor. Can't fault his actions and I am happily driving around in what I think was a really good deal.
Bought my son's first car from River bank, I live in Rhu by Helensburgh but worth traveling for a great deal and a quality car. Nice easy sale with no problems, I will have no hesitation buying again from Riverbank. Thank you. Update, 14 months on, 6500 miles later, 2 tyres and a horn is all I have had to replace, great car. Do Not buy a car from this place! I recently bought a car with alledgely two advisories from previous m.o.t. but when I've taken it to a garage they have discovered all wheel bearings need replaced,all brakes need replaced,calipers need replaced,wishbones borderline,steering column needs replaced,four new tyres needed and possible track rods needing replaced! No way all these faults have happened in the 6 months I have had it as not done many miles!! When I contacted them with regards to repairs or returning vehicle for a part exchange they washed their hands of the whole thing and aren't interested in trying to do the right thing.Go somewhere else where you will be treated fairly and do believe the negative posts because I didn't and it has cost me dearly!! He said I got the car discounted by £350 when in fact when I showed interest in the car he increased the price the next day from £1400 to £1750 which should've been a red light right there!! So please if you are looking at cars from here STOP and go elsewhere you will thank me later. I am also contacting Trading Standards and the DVSAformerly VOSA with regards to their conduct during this whole episode so that I can maybe prevent anyone else from going through what I am going through at this time.
Just bought a car from Riverbank met Alan and his father. Truly professional , friendly and extremely helpful . Car was great and I'd recommend this company in the first instance .
Got a loan to buy a car never thought i would be ripped off, yes they sold me a car with a coolant leak which actually turned out to be a Cracked Cylinder Head Gasket! when i went back to them under my consumer rights, i was told that it was my fault and they would not be replacing or fixing the vehicle I am still paying this loan with no car!! don't buy a car from these cowboys unless you want to be left out of pocket awful people with no conscience!!
