Greg is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sells, knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I have drove out happy and I have appreciated the great customer service, a total of 3 times now. Smooth transaction and very helpful, made my buying experience straight forward and faultless. I bought a Range Rover Sport from Greg and I can honestly say he has single-handedly restored my faith in car dealers. He takes pride in his work and provides solid after care going above and beyond the norm. We had a an issue with the car last minute but Greg arranged for repair to be done same day and even offered to re-imburse for train fare and gave a full tank of fuel for the inconvenience caused. I would go as far as to say I would even pay more than other dealers to buy from Greg for my next car as through conversations it is clear Greg only buys fantastic examples and knows the ins and out of each car and therefore the preparation is immaculate from cosmetic to the mechanical. After winning a battle with a leasing company i had to change vehicles due to dpf filter problems, so i decided to check about 15 different garages online over the Christmas period and then came across this vehicle on Autotrader and looked at his reviews as you do and decided to give him a call. After speaking to Greg i was assured he knew what he was doing and that he only sells vehicles that he is completely happy with as like anyone else he does not don't want a returning customer not happy. After putting a deposit down i took a flight to Glasgow the following day to go pick the vehicle up, and to my suprise he asked for the flight details so he could personally pick me up, which was amazing as i got picked up at the airport in a lovely Range Rover and got to know Greg a wee bit, Greg is a nice friendly guy and he was only happy to help me with anything i was unsure about how to use on my lovely new Range Rover Vogue. And he let me take it for a great test drive so i was happy before buying it. And also before i forget i told Greg about the problems i had with the Dpf filter on my previous vehicle that was NEW may i add with a leasing company, Greg went out and bought me some diesel additive to put in my fuel as where i come from the Isle of Barra there is only one fuel station here and the quality of the diesel might not be as good as some of the preferred diesel suppliers for cars like a Range Rover, which i thought was very thoughtful as im sure the 2 bottles he gave me where not cheap. So am i happy, Definitely. I got a good price for my new car I good a good service from him and a laugh. And he didn't mind staying late as i came of a late plane that night. Great service and lovely guy. I will be a returning customer, but a happy one. Thank you Greg. Cheers Neil
Patience pay off , i had been looking for Bentley Continental Gt for around 6 months , travelled up to Glasgow from the Midlands free flight courtesy of these guys , collected from the airport bought a stunning mint Continental after a bit of haggling got a great deal and good quality warranty , my wife advises i spend too much time preening it ...!! Friendly professional people to deal with .
