Decent amount of stock and good discounts on the sale. I was overcharged on some sale items price I was charged didn't match sticker price so make sure you check your receipt before you leave the store.
They sell casual fashions for men and women. Friendly staff, student discount. Happy to recommend. It has wheelchairs access.
Terrible no staff to be seen. Shop lifters would of had a field day. When a staff member did show his face he just walked straight past me. After that I just walked out as I was looking for something I seen online. Shocking service and they need some staff in there cause it wasn't good walking into the men's department with no staff there. Lost my business for good after that today.
Attempted to return a pair of faulty jeans, the male manager was very aggressive and attempted to belittle me in-front of his peers. Issue of the return now been resolved with river island head office but will not be bothering to return to this store in the future. Very poor experience and very poor management.
Not good customer service. Walked into the store to have a look around after having a look in other shops. I walked in and looked at rings and jewellery. I picked it up to look at it and a young girl shouted at me "Are you going to pay for that?" I responded I was just having a look. And she gave me a dirty look. And she said "well you need to pay for it" and I put it down and said I don't want to buy it. She tutted and she went up to another member of staff and said I was trying to steal it. I questioned why I was being accused of stealing when I was just having a look at it. I spoke to the manager and he said he had not been upstairs so he doesn't know. And there is nothing he can do. Despite the fact the young girl and young lad had followed me around the store making me feel uncomfortable and had been making comments about me. Unprofessional and not a good experience. I won't be coming back. Will spend my money in other retail shops that don't make accusations to me and make me feel uncomfortable.
Good stylish clothes and different collections for different type of clothes you like, prices are very reasonable foe most items, changing rooms were clean and tidy. Nice and friendly welcome/greeter at the front of store. Will be back again.
I'm a regular customer river island.i love to look for the one of my taste. And I normally find them here Great valuable collectables. Great quality. Great customer service. Lovely environment. Variety products. Big brands in cheaper price. Love to shop here.
There are always plenty of clothes for men and the price isn't too bad either. Always find something I like for Hubbie and my son. Sometimes struggles with womens clothes- choices - not as many but when you do find something tend to be good. Would recommend a visit.
River Island is a youth to early 30s fashion retailer. The menswear section is reasonably large with choice, I've bought a few items here which were distinctive enough from the other retailers. Definitely worth visiting.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful, easy the find what we were looking. My daughter loves her purchases, would recommend.
