My daughter got her hair cut to donate to The Little Princess Trust the staff where amazing and she loves her hair.

The worst experience with Clair  ever ! I’ve been visiting Envy twice , the second visit were clearly ’repair’ as my hair hasn’t been done as I asked in the first place  and still had to pay!. I’ve booked 3rd appointment and payed deposit of £20 to secure the appointment  but unfortunately had to re- book it .. I’ve been told they won’t refund my deposit and I need to pay another deposit of 50%of the new  amount  as I haven’t cancel it 48hrs before  cancelled my appointment 6!hrs before my time.When I informed Clair I wasn’t aware of your policy of 48hrs before the appointment as I didn’t received any formal documents  informations about the policies I’ve been told - she told me that which she didn’t but anyway I’ve been contacting authorities who will look at the case … yes it’s only £20 but I would rather to give it animal rescue charity and I’ll fight for the £20 just for the sake of principle.

My time at Envy Hair and Beauty was a shear joy. Ellie the beautician gave me lovely eye brows which was very relaxing and Carolyn completed with my hairstyle and finish. I feel a million dollars. All the girls are really lovely and friendly. Thank you for today.

Brilliant, Claire was lovely.  She really listened to what I wanted and parts that I was unsure of she came up with ideas and I trusted her implicitly. I'm so pleased with my hair I booked my next appointment straight away. Lovely salon, clean, tidy and the apprentice was also lovely x

I have my hair cut, blow dried and coloured regularly and the end result is always amazing! My hairdresser Nicole is so professional yet very friendly and very very talented. She really came into her own when my five year old autistic little girl had her hair hacked at by another hair salon. She got her in quickly, booked extra time so as not to rush her, allocated a quieter area and spent time reassuring her and letting her get comfortable with the hairdryer. The result was beautiful. A lovely cute little bob. My little girl was thrilled. This place is a diamond of a find. The best hairdresser in the area by far. And Nicole is a lovely person as well as a brilliant hairdresser. Give her a wage rise!! I won't go anywhere else now.

Claire is the best hairdresser I've ever had. She always goes above and beyond to fit me in. All of the staff are so welcoming, friendly and chatty - makes you feel like you're just hanging out with friends!

This is quite a find! Really impressive colourist Lauren did a wonderful job on my very unruly hair. Took her time and really liked after my hair. Really impressed with salon in general, friendly yet professional vibe. Would recommend highly.

I always put off going to a hairdressers after a disaster where I paid a professional to do my hair and they cut it all wrong. However, I got over my fear and went to this hairdresser a while ago and now it's the only place I will go. No matter who cuts and styles my hair they all do it just perfect. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly place where you know your getting a great hair cut from great staff!
