Excellent customer service. The staff are so helpful whether it be in store, over the phone or online. Cannot recommend them enough.
Great shop, lots of choice and accessories. Helpful staff too. No cash refund which is understandably due to perhaps used outfits being returned.
Hard to find . But grate place for fancy dress costumes
Visited on Tuesday 26 March looking for a pirate outfit for a five year old girl. Non in stock however shop assistant took our contact details and said she'd order some in and get in touch. Text received next day and outfit collected Thursday 28 March. Excellent customer service . Would recommend to everyone.
Great! Helpful staff, very informative and when they didn't have what I was initially looking for though I ended up spending far more than originally planned I was directed to where I could get the items in Newcastle. Cannot fault the service I received.
The staff at magicbox are brilliant. They are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I need products and they don't stock them they always look into expanding their range.
Friendly staff got exactly what I asked for and reasonably priced
