After being the flagship store I was expecting more of the place. Fish stock was good but the tanks were filthy and had a number of dead or dying fish in. Staff didn't seem to care when I told them. Very over priced also compared to other stockists. The aquarium setups they had needed a clean and a good look after also as the fish weren't healthy and nor were the plants. Wouldn't go there again.

Unfortunatly the staff are rude and unhelpful. They also dont seem to know their products or about the live stock they are selling . The products are over priced as well as the live stock . Shop around other local stores for a better service and better priced products. On a plus note they do have a wide selection of goods for marine , tropical and cold water .

Had problems with my fluval protein skimmer twice and they were fantatsic replacing it. I'm not sure what his name was but cannot thank him enough for being so kind. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Could not fault them.
