shocking. booked a taxi for 4:15 to meet an appointment at 5pm which is a 10 minute drive away. two calls led to taxi been "5 minutes" away both times. missed appointment. 45 minutes leeway. really? I accept traffic is busy on a Friday afternoon but come on. Do I really need my taxi one hour in advance of my required arrival time

Tonight around half seven-ish or before eight pm, a cab driver whom I've never met before was rude and aggressive to me. If you ask the police, there's been no history of me not paying cab drivers, I always pay my drivers and even tip them. I was going to tip the driver but he scared me, I just only took my seat belt off and he said "No! You pay me first!", I explained that my trolley was in his boot and I was going to get it and I would pay him then he switched on the child lock and it made me feel uncomfortable as I was molested by a taxi driver when I was living in Luton. I rung the 57 office to complain and explained that I'm Autistic, Dyslexic and have physical health problems and physical disabilities and the women in the office were insulting me saying "How was he supposed to know you're Autistic" and they said how the driver went through horrible stuff trying to make me sound like a villain and I said "I'm nothing like that" and told them my mother Mrs Carole Carter will have words with them and they complained about me calling up and made assumptions saying I accused the driver of rape even though I said I was as in it was a different driver who assaulted me and it happened in Luton not Hull.

Totally atrocious service. Booked a taxi due to arrive at 1700 an hour before at 1600. 1700 came and went with no taxi, called them at 1710 asking where it was to be told it was "5 minutes away", called again at 1720 and was again told it was "5 minutes away". I don't know when the taxi arrived, I eventually gave up and got a lift from my housemate at 1800, an hour after it was due to arrive.

After Black Friday shopping having a driver actually willing to help me with all my shopping was a life saver
