Booked online and received confirmation. I had to change pick up time twice due to trains and each time got a text reply. Taxi driver lively and chatty which was just what I needed. They sent a text when they were on the way. Would use again .

Used it many times as they are fast and not greedy and most of the time they are very friendly and nice but one particular time that the driver try to drive longer way to charge me more. The majority of their drivers are straight forward and nice.

There are no words to describe how terrible this taxi firm is. Today I had a important hospital appointment today at Hull Royal at 4:30. I booked my taxi for 3:50 knowing it only takes 10 minutes to get there. By 4 it hadn't arrived so i called up and asked how long it would be they said 5 minutes, by 10 past it still hadn't arrived so i called up and they assured me it would be there within 2 minutes, by quarter past i was starting to panic so called up and they told me it was 100% around the corner. Finally at 20 past i called up in a fit of rage to demand where it was to be told that every car was in west Hull 15 minutes away. I then called 70 cars who arrived to pick me up in minutes. I was 20 minutes late for my appointment and as a result was almost discharged. I shall never use this company again for as long as i shall live and have told all my friends and acquaintances to never use these good for nothing, lying, rude idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rude taxi service. The man who answers the phone was not apologetic even though our taxi was over half an hour late. No manners and bad service. Would not recommend.
