Good shirts but rude staff and limited selection at this outlet. Shop assistant lacked professionalism, couldn't answer basic questions. Made the whole experience unpleasant. Ended up buying the same brand of shirts at Selfridges.

Eton shirts are excellent quality, especially if you don't want to get in to MTM. They are priced accordingly - £120-150. Fit is excellent, fabric feels amazing and I've had no problems with wear and tear. The store sadly doesn't stock as many ranges/options as you can get online, and I've found the range in the slim shirts a bit lacking sometimes (especially as sales are only in-store!) The customer service has been OK, generally a good mix of knowledge without any pushy salesmanship.
