Bit outdated, could have better timetables on show. I had to walk round to all the stops to find my bus. Google maps do help & also the app. But in an area where there's a lot of old people who may not have the technology or skill to use a phone a big board with details on would be handy. Very handy though for the train station & local amenities.
Some wheel spinned of in a van while staff watched and laughed very unsafe definitely think this place would benefit from a security gaurd so unsafe with kids walking about the place especially as no-one said nothing to the driver and he was speeding he returned twice while here so be very mindful and vigilant at all times Stay safe people
Not a nice station, especially at night. Even in the day, there are alcoholics etc, sitting under the clock. A lot of the drivers are unapproachable and rude. Buses don't run on time a lot.
Clean and tidy could be better signage for buses
Staff at Arriva commonly use the timetable as toilet paper, never getting any buses leaving on time. Then there's the chavvy students during early morning rush that attempt to eat your guts for garters.
Sometimes the 7:22 bus leaves by 7:18, wi-fi service not always great.
Confusing stands not very clear.
The best place to meet anyone you'd never want to speak to again. Good toilet facilities though. I got 50p cashback!!!
Bus was late unkempt and stunk of urine
I appreciate the bus service but it's quite confusing sometimes as the app shows different timings than the actual timing of the bus...
