Used No. 13 Llandudno-Prestatyn service today, boarding at Llandudno NorthWest Gardens at 1041, leaving at Deganwy. I recognised the driver as the same as had driven me before on this service. I do not know his name, but would like to compliment him on the way he drives, making every journey a comfortable experience.
Poor bus company never run on time and poor staff who goes pass the bus stop even when you hold your hand to signal you want to board the bus
We got the bus yesterday from Llandudno to Rhyll. The driver stopped 12 times for a break. I thought they had stopped doing this. I kid you not the journey took nearly two hours. It was the 9.40 from outside Greggs Llandudno.
Had some rubbish experiences on this bus service over the years some drivers are beyond rude. However last 2 mornings come home after a night shift and had the same driver , just an all round nice fella with great customer service skills who does not think he is doing you a favour by letting you on his bus. There are a few other drivers who are OK too but the vast majority and i hate to say it look upon the passengers as an inconvenience. Hence only 3 stars for Arriva as I'm reviewing the company not an individual.

I've been having major problems with arriva no 12 bus from rhyl to llandudno,I work in belgrano close to abergele,public transport being my only option to getting home. This service operates 1 bus an hour I have now been refused on four occasions to board this bus as it is full,obviously full of holiday makers,I am a key worker and find this service appauling.If there was a no star that's wot it would be getting.
Bus driver think making everyone late for appointments or getting where they should be and they been on strike for more pay it’s only to go not on transport only themselves
Dear Arriva do not hire people over 50+ that have no idea how to use a system. Planning departure 21.00 From Rhyl to denbigh on 29.02.20 but noooo he departureed 21.18 because he has no idea what is he clicking on a screen even with his supervisor on a phone !!!
The bus came 3/4 of an hour late. Me and my friends are not happy at all. If there was a 0-star review then they would get it!!
