Great simple castle. Good for a visit with the kids, great for picnics and also pretty accessible. More of a ruin castle and very free to explore. Realively quiet too so nice to explore for yourselves. A definite for a nice day picnic

I love this place. It's surrounded by beautiful views. It doesn't take long to go around but all the same it's worth a visit. And don't forget twt hill to the side or Bonk hill if your local

The kids loved this castle and the lovely lady behind the counter was very informative. We had a really great time getting to know all the history. Fantastic views from the top too 👍

Quite large and fun to explore but barely any information boards. Small gift shop, reasonable prices. Good place for half an hour but it gets boring after an hour.

Lovely place to visit. Thought it was a little expensive. 15 pounds for four of us. Lovely surroundings and when the weather is warm you can picnic there.
