I'm not the most observant of husband's as my wife will testify but when she came back from having an eye brow shape & tint even I could tell that they were crooked there was about 5ish mm too much taken from the right eye brow & when my wife complained to the owner (Jackie burnham) my wife was told nothing wrong if you think it's crooked then it's you not them so tuff!

P.s. unless you put a nice review about these people they won't let it on there own website
