Booked a wowcher deal for afternoon tea with cocktails. Food was great, service was excellent and out waitress even gave us complimentary shots. Such a shame this location will close end of AugustFood: 5/5

Went for a conference today and food was amazing. Great service overall. Just one piece of feedback, through the day we could hear doors being slammed upstairs. Perhaps add some stoppers or soft close hinges? That’ll help!Food: 5/5
I hate to leave a bad review but the brunch was genuinely shocking for the price Was given 2 nachos to share amongst 10 people although menu says 1 per 3 customers. Really wish I took more pictures of the food but looking at the menu now we were missing half the starters on menu - didn’t get jalapeno poppers, hummus and flat bread and falafel. You can only order your next drink when you’ve finished your drink but the service was so shocking we were having to get up and walk to the bar where all staff just congregated and stood around rather than tend to guests. Every question we asked staff they didn’t know the answer to and would have to go and check, asked if we can pay cash and this needed to be checked? How do you not know if you accept cash or not My first ever bad review somewhere which should say a lot
Attended an Afrocentric event celebrating Ghana Independence Day and absolutely loved it! The organisers did an outstanding job, the venue was packed but not overcrowded, with comfortable and well-spaced tables. Although our seats weren't facing the stage which wasn't a major issue, the drinks, albeit at typical London prices, were fantastic. Additionally, there was ample side road parking available, making it convenient for me to drive down. Parking: Free street parking after certain times
Had a virgin experience today 27/01/23 afternoon tea with cocktails. Welcome with a friendly face straight away showed to our seat in a great venue with a nice bit of music not over powered that we could not chat and the staff where really friendly. The food was really good we had a classic afternoon tea a real treat that I would highly recommend. I will certainly tell others and return. Thankyou for a lovely day
It was a Wednesday, so crowd wise, not many people to interact with. Nice venue. Lots of floors to explore esp the vault.Service: 4/5
The worst service I have ever experienced. We were one of only 3 couples in the restaurant and yet I had to ask to be served 4 times. Even when asking the last time, there was a further delay of around 10 minutes. In total we waited probably 45 minutes just to order. The starters came and they were quite nice then after at least another 30 minutes after finishing our starters we asked how long our main would be only for them to come back and say they have no record of us ordering food, even though though our starters came. So an even longer wait for our mains. We also had to go to the bar if we wanted drinks. We were there around two and a half hours just for starters and main courses. It was ridiculous, we were still only one table out of three ordering food. The bar and restaurant was completely dead. There were other customers who were very verbal to staff about how shocking service was. The staff clearly were not trained and couldn’t even tell me what drinks were on tap when I asked. The toilets were shocking, how you would imagine they would look after a busy night in a nightclub. It was clear they had not been cleaned or restocked after the night before. There seemed plenty of staff so it was unclear why the service was dreadful. The bar staff even said themselves the bar is always this quiet on a Saturday so there was no excuse. Won’t ever return and would not ever recommend.
