Came from out of town to see a show and had a great time! It's a nice intimate venue and they put on a great show. The server in our section was slow to get orders out compared to the other sections and as a result we only got one drink. Overall the staff was friendly and it was a good night out, definitely worth our trip. I wish we still had yuk yuk's in Windsor.
Went to Yuk Yuk’s for the first time Saturday…comedians were hilarious…especially the headliner! Unfortunately, the serving staff seemed incredibly understaffed…TWO servers for the whole crowd is NOT ENOUGH! It took us a WHOLE HOUR to even get our drink order in and that was ONLY after having to ask a server who was just standing there to come over…she then replied with “this isn’t my section, I’ll get your server”…no teamwork : I got margaritas…they were horrible…my partner got caesars…one was good, one was bad…I don’t even know how that would happen? We would like to keep attending shows and are debating on going to amateur night but are hesitant due to the overall experience…we hope these issues are addressed for next time!
Hilarious show tonight, but way too hot. If there was AC I would give it 5 stars. Will not be back unless that gets sorted out, which makes me sad because the comedy was great.
It’s in the basement of a hotel. They don’t offer any food except chips, nuts, a pretzel and the nachos you get from a movie theatre. Worst of all the performance was ruined by drunk members of the audience and nobody told them to leave even though they were obviously ruining the comic’s act. He couldn’t even get through his material. Even people in the crowd were yelling at them to shut up and the staff did nothing. The people running this place need to back up their comics more. A little heckling is fine if the comic can handle it but if it’s ruining their performance then they have to throw people out.
Fun date night! Inexpensive as well! Only costs $25/person. If you get there an hour early you can sit almost anywhere and order your drinks/food right away.

Haven't been in 15 years until a Saturday night show. Great time! Comedians did a great job. Drinks/food is over priced like anything downtown London. Definitely going back again, and not waiting another 15 years!
Glad its back in london. For the most part, we had a great time. The "host" was the best part of the show - hilarious. But my God, PLEASE get new chairs. Holy moly I was almost amazed at how uncomfortable it was to sit on them. It would be better to have patrons sit on the floor than whatever those things were.
Decent wait outside before the show started due to the first show running a bit late, however that was a good sign, that means people were having fun. Saw Tom Green for the 10:30 show. The ambience is great, no obstructed views, great acoustics. Had a wonderful time. Drinks took a bit long to arrive due to it being opening night, with new servers. Only up from here!
Just saw Tom Green perform tonight and it was outstanding. So glad to see comedy back in London. I wish the venue was more like a comedy club where the back rows are elevated. Heard too much background noise from the kitchen. Other than that it was an amazing night out. Can't wait to come back!
