About

Konnigans is an eclectic mix of old and new, set in the picturesque location of Old York Road. The restaurant layout creates a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere with its many nooks and crannies, candles and cushions.

Story

Konnigans offers contemporary British cuisine that mixes influences from the Mediterranean and south East Asia.

We cater for all your needs whether it be a morning coffee or breakfast by the bar, somewhere to meet with friends and family to mull over the day’s events in the sun, or a romantic meal with your partner. Our friendly staff are happy to chat, adding to the village feel of Old York Road, or if you prefer, relax and read the newspapers.

Using seasonal produce and where possible organic and locally sourced ingredients, the main menu is updated regularly and is joined by both a weekly specials menu and a daily £6 lunch menu (Mon-Fri). Weekends bring a brunch menu with an array of breakfasts ideal for the morning after and delicious roasts on Sundays. A healthy children’s menu is also available.

Breakfast is served from 7am – 12pm
Lunch served from 12pm - 5pm
Dinner served from 5pm -10pm

Unexpected the food to be so delicious! Every day it got discount for different food, today is Steak Friday, the steak is £12.75 only, a very attractive price! Its delicious-ness didn’t drop coz of the discount, it’s so yummy! Both steak and chips are yummy, definitely wanna visit again for another meal!Food: 5/5
Great place to eat close to Wandsworth Town station. I can recommend the ribs which were enormous and had loads of meat on them. The fish and chips were also excellent.Food: 5/5
Great lunch options, sandwich and chips, especially clubs is really good value for money at £7.95. Avocado on toast is slightly expensive compared to the above. Nachos are amazing and really baked tortilla nachos with a good amount of sauce - not just crisps. Wouldn’t recommend the chorizo after being burnt. Homemade lemonades are great. Vegetarian options: Halloumi sandwich with chips is very good value for money £7.95

What an offer, the friday steak price is such a bargain. The atmosphere was nice and chilled inside everyone seems to look comfortable and happy to be there .Food: 5/5
A nice place near the station offering European-style outside seating and a very pleasant atmosphere overall. Only visited for drinks so can’t comment on the food but it is quite pricey with service charge included at the end - a little annoying if you are just in for drinks, especially if ordering at the bar.
Great service and nice food. The restaurant has a diverse menu offering something for everyone. The fajitas are a crowd favourite, but I ordered the sirloin steak and was pleasantly surprised as my expectations were low considering the menu did declare that it was minute steak. The steak was tasty and well cooked. The chips well seasoned and fresh.
A nice brunch place at a walking distance from the Wandsworth town station. Have brunches here twice and I really like the place. They have a nice ambience and posters all around in the walls. Sone really cozy corners and a fireplace too The ladies toilet is downstairs a little steep for me. Overall the place is really great and has good food options.
Had a great Brunch here this morning for Fathers Day. The food was lovely, perfect poached eggs. Staff were short of some but carried on with a smile and worked really hard. A quirky place but fascinating. We will be going again.
