I visited Crams today with severe back pain. The diagnosis indicated osteopathy may not be my best route at the minute. No pressure to book a follow up appointment. Everything was well explained in a friendly, welcoming environment I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I had a consultation and some treatment with Anina and found the experience to be pleasant and very helpful for my issue. Amina is very friendly, puts you at ease and explains everything in detail. There was no pressure to book a course of treatment and Anina was happy to discuss other options that may assist me on the road to recovery. Many thanks.
From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcome. Everything thereafter was carried out professionally, and respectfully. The information I received about my condition was sound, and after leaving I felt an improvement. I look forward to my treatment continuing, thank you.
First visit today, booking process excellent, staff all very polite & friendly, place is immaculate. Anina Osteopath talked me through the process, went over my history then examined me. After this, she talked me through her prognosis and what sessions I will require, my description is, very polite and professional.
Attended cram yesterday with lower back and shoulder problems. Was met by Anina who will be treating me. Very knowledgeable, explained causes and effects, and what her work would achieve, then ending up my first session with some treatment. Im down for next week so hopefully more results when Anina does her stuff.
First time at an osteopath absolutely amazing, could not recommend enough, my initial consultation was brillint very friendly, extremely informative, and felt relief almost instantly 10/10 will definitely be returning for the rest of my recovery.
I had never been to the clinic before today and the reason I booked an appointment was based purely on reviews…and they are, so very well deserved. I’ve suffered with neck problems for years but have not had an acute episode in a very long time…today when I arrived I’d been in agony for 2 days, Michael explained what would happen during the appointment and I was immediately put at ease, I felt listened too and confident I was in very capable hands…actually the professionalism from the moment I arrived was flawless. I left today already feeling better..Michael has already put together a treatment plan and I’m happy in the knowledge my neck will get better…I would 100% recommended Cram Osteopaths, they are such a fab team.
1st class treatment. Very helpful and understanding of my back issues. Clear in explaining in what the issue is and how to help, which they have.
I have only had the one appointment so far but it felt AMAZING! It is a really comfortable atmosphere and Michael made me feel comfortable all through the treatment too. Excited to get back for another session.

Communication has been spot on with text and email reminders. I found Anina to be both friendly and professional, and she made me feel completely at ease. Very impressed with the whole set up. Genuinely looking forward to my next appointment and feeling positive about my treatment program.
