This is a response to the FAKE review made by Christian Sears. We have not sold any car to anyone with the name Christian Sears nor have we sold a car to a 70 year old in the past 1.5 years. We believe this FAKE review has been done by a competitor or someone with malicious intent because all our customers have received quality , excellent cars and service from us. One only need to look at the 5 star reviews we have received on Auto Trader from our customers, which after all is where all our customers go to search for cars. We have customers who has bought multiple cars from us simply because of the quality of cars and service we offer. We have complained to google a dozen times of FAKE reviews and malicious comments but they have failed to take action unsurprisingly as google only is interested in making money from adverts and not bother to verify comments/content. Hope google is regulated by the UK government due to their lack of action to tackle FAKE content!

The owner here is very argumentative indeed. I had an issue with my car after 1 week of ownership. He then proceeded to argue and come forward as if he wanted a fight (I'm over 70 years old - I couldn't defend myself!) I couldn't be bothered with the arguing and fighting so I went elsewhere to get it fixed. The two others who were there were really nice (and if it's a family run business, I think you two should take over ASAP) - it's just a shame the owner let's the business down. Please avoid at all costs.

The worst garage ever! They sold me a faulty car (not roadworthy) with an apparently spotless MOT done by what seems to be their mates at a local MOT garage. The car seemed fine at first but it started to show issues before I even got home. Turned out the battery needed replacing, oil was dripping from a corroded oil sump and revs were at 1700 even when stationary. Garage was extremely uncooperative and rude to do anything about it. A week of battle later they finally agreed to take it. They only gave partial refund deducting money for the warranty. The warranty was included in the price of the car and cannot be transferred to other vehicles!  They only act nice before they get your money.  Unprofessional and rude! Avoid at all costs.

Reviews on auto trader are completely justified. If you looking for car showroom who take pride in what they do, then this is the place. Very professional owner and team. After service is great after purchase also.

Such a genuine dealer! I visited so many dealers to get a decent car but cars were not as good as Reiagate autos and these guys have low mileage, great condition cars. The owners are so helpful, friendly and a proper family business. We even got Cappachino and donoughts while we did the paperwork. Bought a low mileage Nissan and i am very happy with it. Fully worth a visit to these guys. Recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you again guys!
