It’s such a joy dealing with Reigate Motor Company. Each year I dread the annual service and then they make it all okay. They are always great at explaining things, they are clear with what needs doing, they never suggest more than the car needs, and they always do what they say they will do. This year I borrowed a car and it was all so simple and easy. Thanks to Charlie and Sam for another great experience!

Over the past few years I trusted Reigate Motor Company (RMC) to carry out MOT’s and services on my car. I have never had any issues with work carried and there has never been other unexpected charges. RMC is competitively priced even when using original parts. Not only is Charlie the owner is a perfect gentleman. His team are extremely polite and professional. Providing refreshment or arranging lifts back to work. I have recommended Reigate Motor Company to my work colleagues. Now the ladies in the office take their cars to RMC. I would like to highly recommend Reigate Motor Company to all you ladies who have been looking for an honest, reliable garage. Cate Reigate

My family and I have taken our cars here for many, many years for our MOTs. Took mine here on 3rd Feb for an MOT and sadly failed, but booked in for a retest on my next day off from work, the 13th Feb, and got repairs done in the meantime. Due to being called into work unexpectedly, I had to rearrange the retest and the earliest they could do was today, the 17th. Took it in and, after 20 minutes, was told it was past the 10 working day window for a retest and would now need a full MOT for the full price. Bearing in mind they work on Saturdays, this is not included as their working day. Whilst they mentioned this when I initially booked the retest, I would have thought that by having it booked with them in the near future, it would be okay - more than that, It would have been nice for them to explain this to me when I called to rebook! I was 1 day out of their window, and thus driving uninsured for thus day. If this was explained to me, I would have arranged for someone to take my car for me earlier. Very disappointed, will not be using again and neither will my family (with 7 cars between us).
