Terrible customer service! Called in today to get some products and was left waiting at the counter for around 10 minutes, both stylists had seen me but didn’t even acknowledge my being there - walked out and won’t be returning again!!! Only left one star as couldn’t leave none.

Took a photo of the style I wanted.my hair when I left the salon didn't look too bad although nothing like the photo When I got home and brushed the sides of my hair down it looks as though my hair has been cut with paper scissors used by a toddler The stylist clearly doesn't know how to style hair...I am having to go to another hairdressers for them to try to correct the mess Give this salon a wide birth not even worthy of 1 star

Had my hair saved by Louise yesterday following an awful cut elsewhere. Huge thanks to her for the work she put in correcting it. She really took her time, was really pleasant & now I'm getting used to it, I'm starting to really like it 😊

I had extensions in and went in and asked for a blunt cut as they were too long, some how I ended up having my hair cut shorter including given a fringe I didn't have before, I didn't get a blunt cut some areas were longer than others, the hairdresser was complaining about the heat and was claiming my extensions were put in wrong so he couldn't wash my hair. He really seemed like he didn't want to do my hair.
